Des profondeurs de la mer, jusqu’à monde de l’espace… De la plongée profonde en passant par l’hévéaculture, maintenant engagé dans le déploiement de Hydrogène-Energie pour toutes les mobilités, du sous-marin à l’avion. Jean-Luc Mussot, fondateur et président d'AD-VENTA, a débuté sa carrière à la Comex à Marseille pour y découvrir le monde de la plongée profonde et surtout la passion de l’innovation. En effet, la COMEX a toujours su innover et aller de l’avant afin de devenir et rester le No1 mondial de sa spécialité, dans ce milieu extrême qu’est le monde sous-marin, à des profondeurs toujours plus grandes pour repousser ses limites … Ingénieur en thermodynamique des fluides, grâce à l’expertise acquise dans le domaine des gaz et mélanges de gaz utilisés dans la plongée (Air, Oxygène, Azote, Dioxyde de carbone, Hélium, et Hydrogène), après avoir travaillé comme directeur technique d’une société italienne rachetée par un groupe finlandais, Jean-Luc Mussot est revenu en France pour y implanter la filiale d’une société familiale allemande spécialisée dans les mélangeurs de gaz et composants de sécurité, et s’implanter à Valence (Drôme), C’est là, qu’il y a 20 ans, suite à la demande des chercheurs montpelliérains du CIRAD de trouver une solution pour améliorer la production et l’extraction du latex naturel à partir des hévéas … Il a trouvé et breveté une première solution de micro-détendeur simple et abordable en 2005, ce qui a été le point de départ de la création d'AD-VENTA ! Convaincu de la nécessité d’aller vers un monde plus vert et plus durable, le virage vers le déploiement de l’hydrogène vert, en tant que vecteur d’énergie du futur, s’est imposée, avec pour objectif d’apporter des solutions innovantes dans ce domaine. Maintenant, avec plus de 40 années d’expérience cumulées dans le secteur de l’hydrogène, AD-VENTA est devenu un acteur incontournable dans le secteur de l’hydrogène vert, en proposant des solutions innovantes dans beaucoup de domaines, essentiellement liés à la mobilité en général.

Benno Weinberger is an expert in hydrogen safety and regulation. He holds a PhD in Process Engineering from the University of Paris XIII and has been Head of R&D at Ineris since 2009, where he leads work on H₂ risk analysis, delivers training on ATEX and hydrogen safety, and participates in several working groups on French hydrogen regulations. He is also involved in national and European research projects on hydrogen safety, and contributes to standardisation within groups such as AFNOR E29D, CEN CENELEC JTC 6, CEN 286 and ISO 197.

Benoît Barrière is in charge of technology integration at John Cockerill Hydrogen (JCH2), a manufacturer of alkaline electrolysers. Previously Chief Technology Officer at McPhy (acquired by JCH2 this summer), he holds a PhD in physics and has over 20 years’ experience in the energy and chemicals sectors (Total, Arkema, CGG), supplemented by four years as a strategy consultant, followed by a spell as CEO of Energy Pool, a provider of electricity grid flexibility services.

In March 2020, I joined Hynamics, the EDF subsidiary specialising in the production and distribution of low-carbon hydrogen for transport and industry. Having graduated from a general engineering school specialising in industrial risk management, I began my career at an engineering consultancy subsidiary of the Airbus Group, before spending around ten years working in process engineering and industrial safety within the oil and gas sector. Since January 2024, I have been head of the Engineering and QHSE department, overseeing its activities throughout all phases of project development – from design through to operation – to ensure the implementation of best engineering practices and to guarantee the performance and safety of our facilities.

An engineer by training with over 15 years’ experience in industry, Emmanuel Perdriset is responsible for developing Lhyfe’s operations in the north-east of France. Lhyfe develops, builds and operates green and renewable hydrogen production sites across Europe. With 21 MW of installed capacity already certified by the RFNBO in France, and thanks to its fleet of 70 lorries, Lhyfe distributes this hydrogen throughout the country for use in transport and industry.

Guillaume Malot is Head of HSE and Crisis Management at ENGIE Solutions Hydrogène. He oversees the safety of people and property on hydrogen projects at national level. Active within the sector and across the ENGIE Group, he shares his insights and contributes to common standards. As a specialist in ATEX risks and Safety Instrumented Systems, Guillaume Malot is involved across the entire value chain, from feasibility studies through to operations.

An entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience in industry, across various sectors including the automotive and energy industries, in senior roles ranging from managing major international projects within large corporations to acting as CEO of SMEs, and having founded CLHYNN in 2022 with a CNRS researcher to offer decentralised electricity generation for transport and stationary applications – a genuine third way that is more sustainable, self-sufficient and practical than conventional battery and hydrogen solutions.

He holds a PhD in electrochemistry and has recognised expertise in renewable energy technologies. He began his career as a project manager at the Bolloré Group, before joining the CEA in Grenoble, where he spent twelve years in strategic roles: leading large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, developing technology platforms and structuring business activities, particularly in the fields of lithium-ion batteries and hydrogen fuel cells. Since June 2022, he has held the position of Sales and Partnerships Director for the energy transition at INOCEL, an innovative player in the development and industrialisation of high-power fuel cells. INOCEL designs, manufactures and markets modular solutions integrating the fuel cell, cooling system and power conversion within high-power containerised units, thereby offering its customers ‘plug-and-play’ solutions to accelerate their energy transition.

Mikaa Blugeon-Mered is a senior researcher specialising in hydrogen strategies and geopolitics. As a strategic adviser to local authorities and SMEs, he sits on several leading international bodies (the World Bank, IHFCA, CertifHy, etc.) and notably founded ‘La Mosaïque Hydrogène’, an educational innovation studio that produces educational games for the general public focused on H2.

Raphael Pourret is Director of Strategy, Marketing and Communications within the Hydrogen Solutions division of the FORVIA Group. An engineer by training, Raphael began his career in the automotive industry in 2000. He held various roles in product development at Robert Bosch – Diesel Systems and Volvo Powertrain, before joining FORVIA’s Clean Mobility business in 2015. Raphael took charge of Strategy and Product Line for the Commercial Vehicles segment at Faurecia Clean Mobility in 2020, before moving to the hydrogen business in July 2023. Raphael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytech Lyon.

Raphaël is a consultant (he founded Hydrogen Advisors in 2018) and an investor (he began providing funding to start-ups in 2020) in the hydrogen sector. As a former President of Hydrogen Europe, CTO of ENGIE and former adviser to the French Minister for Energy and Industry, he is championing the development of this new carbon-free energy carrier and supports stakeholders through his network. He is a regular speaker at international hydrogen conferences around the world and has contributed to the launch of the Hydrogen Council and the Monaco Hydrogen Alliance.

Richard Tur is Director of Operations at LIGIER AUTOMOTIVE. A mechanical engineer and graduate of POLYTECH Orléans, he began his career in 1988 in motor racing, where he was responsible for the design and production of racing cars, as well as overseeing competition programmes on behalf of major manufacturers for 16 years. Then, after 15 years at the helm of TORK ENGINEERING – during which new engineering and vehicle construction activities, including the development of special vehicles and concept cars, were launched – he and his team joined LIGIER AUTOMOTIVE in 2017, where he oversees new innovation programmes, including those related to hydrogen.

A French manufacturer of pressure vessels based in Autun, in the heart of Burgundy, our metalworks has built its reputation on its expertise in hot-dip galvanising – dating back to 1910 – which gives our recyclable steel products an exceptional service life, combining cost-effectiveness with energy efficiency. Storing clean energy using hydrogen in tanks with capacities of up to 50,000 litres and pressures of 80 bar is a way of demonstrating our century-old expertise in gas technology and our drive for innovation!

An engineer by training with 25 years’ experience in industry, Stéphane Rabatel spent nearly 10 years at Renault working on electrification and contributed to innovative projects such as the Mégane E-Tech. He also held positions at Airbus and Safran, before taking the helm of a company specialising in fuel cells in 2022. Since 2024, he has been CEO of Hopium, which he is repositioning to focus on supplying fuel cells for heavy-duty transport, the maritime sector and aviation.

Xavier Colson, 56 ans, diplômé de l’Ecole Navale et de l’Ecole des Mécaniciens de la Marine, a exercé pendant 10 ans des fonctions de chef de service sur des bâtiments de la Marine Nationale. Il rejoint ensuite PSA (Stellantis) pendant 16 ans en assumant des responsabilités dans les projets industriels, aux achats, en usine, en prospective et dans les coopérations internationales avec BMW et GM. En 2016, il intègre EES Clemessy, filiale d’Eiffage Energie Systèmes (EES) en tant que Directeur Commercial de l’axe automobile. En 2019, dans une volonté d’engager les entités automobiles d’Eiffage dans des relais de croissance prometteurs, il s’est investi dans l’écosystème hydrogène et a œuvré au rapprochement entre Gen-Hy et EES. Depuis 2022, il a piloté l’axe hydrogène d’EES. Xavier Colson a été nommé Directeur Général de Gen-Hy en janvier 2024. Il a notamment pour mission de transformer Gen-Hy en une PME industrielle. Pour impulser et déployer la stratégie de développement de Gen-Hy, il s’appuiera sur son expérience pour la mise en place d’une démarche Excellence Système pour l’ensemble des process de l’entreprise, en particulier la production.

Yannick Monnier currently holds the post of director at the Régie des Transports du Territoire de Belfort (RTTB), the operator of the Optymo urban network, where he oversees the development and management of public transport in the Belfort urban area. His involvement with the RTTB spans nearly twenty years, giving him in-depth knowledge of the operational and strategic challenges of urban mobility, particularly with regard to emerging technologies and the sector’s energy transition. Before being appointed Director in December 2014, Yannick Monnier initially held the post of Deputy Director (2013–2014), as well as that of Head of IT and Projects (2005–2012), where he was notably responsible for the implementation and monitoring of on-board systems and R&D for the Optymo network, with a focus on intelligent transport systems. This experience has enabled him to master the integration of complex technological solutions, the supervision of innovative projects, and the implementation of measures aimed at improving safety, performance and risk management within public transport networks.
