Valérie BOUILLON-DELPORTE has been the CEO of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership since June 2024. Previously, she led the hydrogen ecosystem at Michelin and served as president of Hydrogen Europe and co-president of France Hydrogène. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive and clean technology sectors and is a Knight of the Legion of Honor.

A specialist in law, innovation, and public finance, Nicolas BRAHY began his career as an academic. In 2009, he entered the hydrogen sector by participating in the launch of the European Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (Clean Hydrogen Partnership). He then co-founded the association Hydrogen Europe. He helped establish the company FiveT Hydrogen and later the hydrogen-focused investment fund Hy24. He was elected president of France Hydrogène in December 2025.

Fabien BURGGRAF studied chemistry at Albert-Ludwig University and earned his Ph.D. in 2012 in the field of basic research on artificial photosynthesis. From 2012 to 2016, he led a research group focused on optimizing materials and systems for electrolyzers and electrolysis for hydrogen production at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Stuttgart. Since 2016, Mr. Burggraf has worked at Klimapartner Südbaden in Freiburg; he has served as its CEO since 2018. In this role, he is notably the initiator and coordinator of the tri-national hydrogen initiative 3H2. He also leads and organizes a regional initiative aimed at developing a strategy for supplying hydrogen from renewable sources to companies located in the tri-border region between Germany, France, and Switzerland.

Charles CAMBOURNAC is an international executive with 25 years of experience in the premium automotive sector, commercial vehicles, and new mobility solutions. A Franco-German engineer by training, he has led operations in Africa, Asia, and Europe for companies such as BMW, CFAO, Renault Trucks (Volvo Group), and Hyundai. A specialist in establishing and developing subsidiaries in emerging markets, he is currently the CEO of Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility Germany, where he is rolling out the hydrogen ecosystem for heavy-duty trucks in Europe. In this role, he has sold more than 120 H2 trucks and opened three new markets since 2023.

Xavier Colson, 56, a graduate of the French Naval Academy and the Naval Mechanics School, served for 10 years as a department head aboard French Navy vessels. He then joined PSA (Stellantis), where he spent 16 years holding positions in industrial projects, procurement, manufacturing, strategic planning, and international partnerships with BMW and GM. In 2016, he joined EES Clemessy, a subsidiary of Eiffage Energie Systèmes (EES), as Sales Director for the automotive division. In 2019, with the aim of positioning Eiffage’s automotive entities in promising growth areas, he became involved in the hydrogen ecosystem and worked to bring Gen-Hy and EES together. Since 2022, he has led EES’s hydrogen division. Xavier Colson was appointed CEO of Gen-Hy in January 2024. His primary mission is to transform Gen-Hy into an industrial SME. To drive and implement Gen-Hy’s development strategy, he will draw on his experience to establish a “System Excellence” approach across all of the company’s processes, particularly production.

Nicolas de Coignac is Chief Execu3ve Officer of John Cockerill Hydrogen and a member of the John Cockerill Group Management Board. Since taking the helm in July 2025, he has been leading the company's mission to accelerate the deployment of large-scale hydrogen produc3on solu3ons and support the decarboniza3on of industry and energy systems. An Industrial Engineering graduate from École Centrale Paris, Nicolas brings more than three decades of interna3onal leadership experience across the energy, oil & gas, automo3ve and industrial sectors. He spent most of his career with Vallourec, where he held several execu3ve and CEO posi3ons, leading businesses and industrial opera3ons across mul3ple con3nents. Having lived and worked for nearly 25 years in the United States, Argen3na, India and Tunisia, Nicolas has built a strong track record in driving business transforma3on, leading acquisi3ons, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, while successfully naviga3ng major industrial and market challenges. Recognized for his transforma3on-driven leadership style, he focuses on strengthening compe33veness, crea3ng long-term customer value and building sustainable growth in rapidly evolving industries.

Alexandre FORNES is Head of Business Development and Operations at Hyliko. He spent 18 years at the Volvo Group working in after-sales, operational development and, more broadly, as a sales director. Drawing on his experience within the group, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America, he is applying his international expertise at Hyliko to develop the company’s activities and its project to decarbonize heavy-duty transport, first in France and then across Europe.​

A powertrain engineer with a DEA and an MBA, Yann GENNINASCA began his career at the PSA-Citroën R&D center, working on engines and control systems, before joining Renault Sport. Later, as CEO at Safran, he established and developed an engineering subsidiary in Spain. Driven by a commitment to sustainable innovation, he founded Mincatec Energy, which conducts pioneering research on solid hydrogen storage and commercializes metal hydride-based solutions for stationary and mobile applications.

Daniel HISSEL is a full professor at Marie and Louis Pasteur University in France. Since 2012, he has led the research team “Hydrogen Energy Systems: Production, Storage, and Electricity Conversion” at the FEMTO-ST Institute (CNRS). His primary research focuses on hydrogen systems for automotive and stationary applications, including modeling, energy optimization, and the diagnostics and prognostics of these systems. Since 2020, he has also served as deputy director of the National Federation for Hydrogen Research (CNRS), which brings together approximately 650 researchers working on hydrogen technologies in France. In recognition of his contributions to the industrialization of hydrogen systems, he received the SEE’s Blondel Medal in 2017, the CNRS Innovation Medal in 2020, and the Gold Medal from the Society for the Encouragement of Progress in 2024. He has been an IEEE Fellow since 2021 and has held a senior innovation chair at the Institut universitaire de France (IUF) since 2022. He has published more than 650 articles in international journals and conference proceedings and holds numerous patents in this field. He has also been actively involved in organizing numerous international conferences, serving as general chair, technical section chair, special session chair, and publications committee chair.​

Simon MASSOT is the Sales and Marketing Director at SUNTEC, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. With extensive international experience in engineering, project management, and business development, he supports industrial initiatives related to the energy transition. Committed to addressing challenges in exports, competitiveness, and innovation, he takes a pragmatic view of the opportunities offered by the hydrogen sector in Europe and internationally.

Jean Terrier is a Business Developer in NaTran’s H₂ & CO₂ division. An engineer by training, he has 25 years of experience in the energy sector. He is currently working on the development of major cross-border hydrogen infrastructure projects, notably mosaHYc, between France and Germany, and HY4Link, which aims to strengthen hydrogen interconnections between France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Germany. He also contributes to the GRH’s efforts to develop the Greater Region’s hydrogen ecosystem. His career has given him experience with energy applications—particularly renewable gases—in industry and mobility.
