Valérie Bouillon-Delporte is the Executive Director of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership since June 2024. She previously led the hydrogen ecosystem at Michelin and served as President of Hydrogen Europe and Co-Chair of France Hydrogène. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in the automotive and clean technologies sectors and is a Knight of the Légion d’Honneur.

BURGGRAF Fabian
CEO
Dr. Burggraf studied chemistry at the University of Freiburg and earned his Ph.D. in 2012 for his work in basic research on artificial photosynthesis. From 2012 to 2016, he led a research group focused on the material and system-level optimization of electrolysers and electrolysis systems for hydrogen production at the German Aerospace Center in Stuttgart. Since 2016, Dr. Burggraf has been employed by Klimapartner
Südbaden in Freiburg, where he has served as managing director since 2018. In this role, he is, among other things, the initiator and coordinator of the trinational hydrogen initiative 3H2. Furthermore, he leads and organizes a regional strategy process to develop a supply strategy for companies based in the Germany-France-Switzerland border region using hydrogen produced from renewable sources.

BRAHY Nicolas

A specialist in law, innovation, and public finance, Nicolas Brahy began his career in academia. In 2009, he became involved in hydrogen by contributing to the launch of the European Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (now the Clean Hydrogen Partnership). He then co-developed the Hydrogen Europe association. He went on to help found FiveT Hydrogen and the hydrogen-focused investment fund Hy24. He was elected President of France Hydrogène in December 2025.

GENNINASCA Yann
CEO Founder
Powertrain engineer with a postgraduate research degree and an MBA, Yann began his career at PSA-Citroën’s R&D center, on engines and control systems, before joining Renault Sport. He later became Director at Safran, where he created and developed an engineering subsidiary in Spain. Driven by sustainable innovation, he founded Mincatec Energy, which conducts pioneering research in solid hydrogen storage and industrializes metal hydride-based solutions for stationary and mobile applications.

MASSOT Simon
Sales & Marketing Director
Simon Massot is the Sales and Marketing Director at SUNTEC, based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. With extensive international experience in engineering, project management, and business development, he supports industrial initiatives related to the energy transition. Committed to addressing challenges in exports, competitiveness, and innovation, he brings a pragmatic perspective to the opportunities offered by the hydrogen sector in Europe and globally.

TROEUNG Ovarith
Ovarith Troeung is the CEO of Hyliko, a company pioneering hydrogen fuel cell trucks in France and contributing to zero-emission heavy-duty mobility in Europe. Previously, Ovarith worked at ENGIE as the Group Director of Low carbon Mobility, a pillar for the energy transition in cities and regions. He was involved in structuring and negotiating contracts and infrastructure for gas supply to European markets. Before joining ENGIE in 2007, Ovarith worked at Michelin and Schlumberger. Ovarith Troeung is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech, holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris-Sorbonne, and a Master of Science from Polytechnique Montréal.
