A powertrain engineer with a DEA and an MBA, Yann began his career at the PSA-Citroën R&D centre, working on engines and control systems, before joining Renault Sport. He subsequently became Managing Director at Safran, where he established and developed an engineering subsidiary in Spain. Driven by a commitment to sustainable innovation, he founded Mincatec Energy, which conducts pioneering research into solid hydrogen storage and commercialises metal hydride-based solutions for stationary and mobile applications.

Charles Cambournac is an international executive with 25 years’ experience in the premium automotive sector, commercial vehicles and new forms of mobility. A Franco-German engineer by training, he has led operations in Africa, Asia and Europe for groups such as BMW, CFAO, Renault Trucks (Volvo Group) and Hyundai. A specialist in setting up and developing subsidiaries in emerging markets, he is currently Managing Director of Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility Germany, where he is rolling out the hydrogen ecosystem for heavy goods vehicles across Europe. In this role, he has sold over 120 H2 trucks and opened up three new markets since 2023.

Mr Burggraf studied chemistry at Albert-Ludwig University and was awarded his PhD in 2012 for his fundamental research into artificial photosynthesis. From 2012 to 2016, he headed a research group focused on optimising materials and systems for electrolyisers and electrolysis processes used in hydrogen production at the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) in Stuttgart. Since 2016, Mr Burggraf has been working at Klimapartner Südbaden in Freiburg; he has been its managing director since 2018. In this role, he is notably the initiator and coordinator of the tri-national hydrogen initiative 3H2. He also leads and organises a regional initiative aimed at developing a strategy for the supply of hydrogen from renewable sources to companies based in the ‘three-border’ region between Germany, France and Switzerland.

A specialist in law, innovation and public finance, Nicolas Brahy began his career as an academic. In 2009, he became involved in the hydrogen sector by helping to launch the European Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (Clean Hydrogen Partnership). He then co-founded the Hydrogen Europe association. He helped set up the company FiveT Hydrogen and subsequently the hydrogen-specialised investment fund Hy24. He was elected president of France Hydrogène in December 2025.

Ovarith Troeung is the Chief Executive Officer of Hyliko, the pioneer of hydrogen-powered heavy goods vehicles in France and recognised as one of the leaders in decarbonised heavy-duty transport in Europe. Previously, Ovarith worked at the ENGIE Group as Director of Green Mobility, where mobility is a key area of development for the energy transition in cities and regions, and was involved in structuring and negotiating contracts and infrastructure for gas supply to European markets. Before joining ENGIE in 2007, Ovarith worked at Michelin and Schlumberger. Ovarith Troeung is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech, holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Paris-Sorbonne University and a Master of Science from the École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Simon Massot is Sales and Marketing Director at SUNTEC, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. With extensive international experience in engineering, project management and business development, he supports industrial initiatives linked to the energy transition. Committed to the challenges of exports, competitiveness and innovation, he takes a pragmatic view of the opportunities offered by the hydrogen sector in Europe and internationally.

Valérie Bouillon-Delporte has been Chief Executive of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership since June 2024. Previously, she led the hydrogen ecosystem at Michelin and served as President of Hydrogen Europe and Co-President of France Hydrogène. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in the automotive and clean technology sectors and is a Knight of the Legion of Honour.
