About the Complex
The Axone is the Montbéliard metropolitan area’s large, versatile venue. It hosts large-scale gatherings and events. It is the perfect venue for your seminars, trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and sporting and cultural events.
ACCESS
By car
- A36 Highway, Exit 8 “Montbéliard Centre,” then follow the signs for “Axone”
- 2 free, well-lit parking lots 500 m away: P1 (420 spaces) and P2 (660 spaces)
- VIP parking near the venue: €5 per vehicle
By train
- Belfort-Montbéliard TGV Station (in Meroux-Moval, 18 km) — Paris 2h15, Lyon 2h25, Dijon 50 min
- TGV station ↔ downtown via the évolitY D bus line (≈ 45 min, €2)
- Montbéliard-Ville SNCF Station, located right in the heart of downtown
By public transportation
- évolitY Network —— THNS Lines 1, 2, and 4, “Axone Gros Pierrons” stop, right in front of the Axone
- From downtown / the SNCF train station (Acropole stop): Take THNS 1, 2, or 4, which go directly to the Axone
- All buses on the network are accessible to people with limited mobility

Negotiated Rates
For the night of December 7–8, the Pays de Montbéliard Tourist Office has negotiated special rates at several hotels, reserved for forum participants (excluding speakers).
Please note: Rooms available until 25/09/2026. After this time, rates and availability are no longer guaranteed. Be sure to book now due to the high demand associated with the Christmas market.

Matchmaking opens about one month before the event, but you can view the list of participants on the registration platform if you’ve already registered.
Exhibitor: Is it possible to choose your booth location?
You can specify whether you’d like to be seated near or far from a particular exhibitor. Please let us know at communication@vehiculedufutur.com
Exhibitor: If photos of my booth are taken during the Forum, can I get copies of them?

In what language are the lectures and panel discussions held?
French is the official language of the Forum. If a speaker wishes to present in English, that is possible, but there is no translation service.
Who moderates the conferences and roundtables?
L’animateur est Laurent MEILLAUD, journaliste automobile depuis plus de 30 ans, spécialiste de la voiture connectée et autonome, de la mobilité intelligente et des énergies alternatives. Un des journalistes français qui connait le mieux l’hydrogène, animateur du blog Hydrogen Today depuis 2015.
